Terms & Conditions
- The contest for the 6 Finalists taking on 3 hellish challenges will take place at a derelict warehouse. (123-125 Heath Mill Lane, Birmingham, B9) on Tuesday 26th May. The contestants will be linked up to a heart monitor and the challenges will be judged based on a predetermined combination of speed of completion and / or maintaining resting heart rate and shall be judged by an official adjudicator. A contestant will be disqualified if they are sick during the challenge or if the adjudicator decides they are at risk of physical injury or excessive mental distress. The adjudicator’s decision is final. The 3 winners will each receive a prize of £4,000.
The 6 contestants will be selected from entries from Kiss, Kerrang, Bauer TV channels (Kerrang!, Kiss, 4Music and The Box) and Online.
The contestants will be randomly selected 2 contestants from Kiss entrants, 2 from Kerrang and the other 2 will be from Bauer TV and online entries.
The challenges will be 3 of the following 10:
Lying in bath of eels 3
Transporting sheep's eyes with your mouth
Lying in a coffin of cockroaches
Holding a live cockroach in your closed mouth
Head in a box of beetles
Drinking an offal smoothie (you will have to blend your own from the ingredients provided from a closed box)
Wearing a stinging nettle body suit
Sealed black box, with white noise playing - how long can you last.
Eating a lamb’s brain burger.- The contestants will be notified by phone call within 24 hours of the draw and will be required to complete an on line medical questionnaire in order to qualify.
- The chosen participants must make their own arrangements for transport to the venue unless they live over 60 miles from Birmingham. In this case they will be provided a return train ticket and one nights accommodation in a pre arranged hotel.
- Competitors must complete and sign a legal disclaimer 48 hours before the event.
- The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or substitutes.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter will not be liable if the prize does not reach the prize winner for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
- The winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
- If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
- The promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

Terms and Conditions- The prize draw is open to UK residents, with the exception of Lionsgate and Bauer employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
