If you untick lock taskbar you can ecpand it by click and hold down the dotted line by Start and then relock the taskbar.
To get more Icons on the taskbar just right clcik one in all programs
then drag it down to the quicklaunch bar let go and choose copy.

Another query, when I right click on 'my computer' select properties, it says 'Registered to: selection'. On my old PC this showed my name. Would I be better to change the computer name to my name or just leave it?
When downloading AVG it brought up the same 'User name: selection'0 -

Thanks intel for the links, I'm a little unsure really and just thought I could have changed the 'Computer Name' in 'System Properties'. Wasn't gonna be that easy, lol.
When downloading AVG it brings up 'User name: Selection' and just didn't know what to do?
Would it be ok just to leave it or is it best to change the computer name?0 -
Instead of editing the Registry directly, download and run this program to do it for you - http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_change_owner.htmRossy wrote:Another query, when I right click on 'my computer' select properties, it says 'Registered to: selection'.
