Just been on BT site to find more specs and it looks like it is only 1 handset >:(
Think I probably ordered the last one as well

What a shame - well if its any consolation I didn't manage to get back to it in time to order one for my friend as I had to get home first to get my Egg Card details. So I only got 1 in the end and with less discount than everyone else by the looks of it... :'( :'(
Looks like both Dixons and Currys are "Temporarily Out of Stock" now.
Crown - Re the 5% when you spend £50 or more - I saw the flash advert on the Curry's home page - y'know the one on the right that changes every few seconds. Also the egg cashback zone has details:

Its definitely a £50 minimum spend.0 -
Hi monkeyboy72, I agree the BT website shows it as one handset. However on the Currys page under specification it refers to it as a twin pack with two handsets. See what we get, still alot cheaper than the BT site ! Also if you don't want it because it turns out to be a single phone just drop it in to your local Currys store for a full refund. How easy is that.

Agreed - and I also know for a fact that they do make the 2 packs - as I was holding one in my hands at lunchtime today in my local Dixons - except that it was £44.
I guess that's still a good deal for this spec phone - so if folks really do want it they can always buy it instore for the correct price too.0 -
The Currys specification refers to this

but I think the picture refers to monkeymans link.
Seems a bit like the Tesco/Virgin/Woolies gamecube mix up. Picture, description, price etc. Wait and see how Currys deal with it. It could be a test of their customer services.0 -

Oh well never mind, Its still a great find if they supply the 2 phones. Its shame as I used the egg card instead of the rpoints offer but i'll live lol

Guess what? Currys now has them back in stock - but the specification now says "Single" and the number of handsets supplied is 1.
Lets hope they honour the description at the time of ordering.
Does anyone know what the legal situation should be?0 -
Look at terms and conditions, they are supposed to send you an email before they deliver i`ve not had one from them.(prices and payments)0

I'm still waiting for this to arrive. However today I purchased BT 3500, answer phone and two handsets from Powerhouse for £29.99. Great value I thought ! I will probably return my Currys one to the shop for a refund.0
