what can I use as a cloche?

    I had thought about the milk bottle option - but worried bec they are white not transparent? I supose they would let some light through but not much?
    I have some white plastic storage crate things we got for a move a while back - wonder if they would serve the same purpose? I don't want to kill stuff by depriving of light!
