hi,
i am really struggling with writing a support plan my care manager has asked me to complete - to change from direct payments to personal budgets i think??
Anyway, i know it has to be in tomorrow, and i am in such a state trying to put things down, so was wondering if anyone had a little time on their hands to maybe go over it with me - via pm? Just to help me organise my thoughts really.
i hope that is ok to ask!
