Fail for me - turn me red pointy!

I went over my budget by about £1 when I decided on Chinese for lunch with a friend instead of the work canteen, oopsie.

I then had to go to the emergency dentist and have the first part of root canal work done, so felt sorry for myself and got a taxi home, budget blown well and truly :D

    Next week will be better!

Sorry to hear that F_F you usually do so well but as it was tooth related I suppose it is not too bad. How are you feeling today?

I have gone beyond red but it is a bit late now, I will just keep trying next week.

How are the rest of the budgeteers getting on?

    Hooray - I am officially brilliant! :j:j:j

Today is my 8th NSD on the trot - DH and I have not spent a single penny all week on anything, so (unless something drastic occurs in the next few hours) I've hit my target.

So now I only have to survive two weeks on £8.91 instead of three! Can I keep this up for another week, I wonder...?!

Thank you for your inspiration, everybody!

Well done everyone - especially debtoxing :j

Just has a tot up of costs - and by luck rather than design I am under budget at £15.58. Providing I spend nothing or no more than 42p today I shall be green.
Technically I did have to spend an extra £23 but this was a purchase for someone else and I get the cash back tomorrow.

Next week includes payday again so I'll go for £25, this will not include my cut & colour next friday as thats budgeted for already.

    Hey all

Well still under budget, the £10 in purse is now 1p. Managed to spend £7.00 on 3 different car parks in one day. 1. Hospital, 2. town for bits and pieces and 3. a completely different part of town for my hair appt. (hair was budgetted elsewhere) and have been out all day so needed lunch, courtesy of boots = £2.99

So spends this week of £9.99 so far!!

Am taking the parents out for dinner with my sis tomorrow, well she's paying, but thinking i should offer the drinks. so that will be my other £10 gone, but we shall see what happens.

Well done on those greens and did i see a purple in there too. (:T debtoxing. you're a :A )

Sorry about the reds - you know who you are!!!!! :rotfl:
