    Evening all!

How did the exam go Pointy? What subject was it for?

I have had a NSD as far as this challenge goes. I had to pay for dental treatment (Eek!) but I have dental insurance so I will be able to claim it back. As I took the day off due to unbearable toothache I haven't had to buy lunch etc, so NSD for me :j

How is everyone else doing? I have been stuck in the house with a head full of painkillers most of the day and trawling the forums....I don't think I have posted this much in months :rotfl:

Hiya pointy, how did the exam go? have a  you deserve one!

Thanks for putting on list again.

Well birthday party on Sunday, which is going to be a very high spend day, but that's a separate budget.
So far have £1.30 this week, because i stupidly bought two set of candlesticks and perfumed oil. Oh well if can keep to below £20 i'll be happy.

    Good luck all!

Exam went ok I seem happier with it than most, it was for contract law, the down side it that I ended up drinking from 11.30am until 8pm with lunch thrown in and a takeaway on the way back so not a good day money wise as I have had enough red wine to float a boat, oh well could be worse.......

Well I said £30 for this week and it's all gone, the few £ change I has gone towards my DS's 1st proper haircut ( I can't do it anymore as he wriggles too much!
Nothing else should crop up as I avoid shops like the plague at t he moment.
My challenge nxt week is not to spend anything, shopping is all done (being delivered today) and we have nothing planned apart from collecting the new car my lovely mummy is giving us (cannot get 3 child car seats in the back of current car and she has no need for a 7 seater so has downgraded bless her) and trying to sell the old one ASAP as we're on our Sun holiday soon.
Debts today (11/05/09) £15700 ish aiming to be debt free by April 2011
Baby no 3 due in Oct - all I have left from the previous 2 is a cot so will have to spend money that should be going on debts
Have found baby clothes & bedding and also a baby swing lurking in the loft - not much but every little helps.

    Evening all!

    Spends today are:

    £1.90 on tea (Bad!)
£5.99 on nice pens to use at work (I know, I know, but I really do love my office supplies.....if you set me loose in Staples it's like Supermarket Sweep!)

    Total = £7.89 :eek:

I did buy my lunch from M&S, but used a gift voucher so it doesn't count, hurrah! :j

Hope your head didn't hurt too much this morning Ms Penguin :D

Well yesterday was an experience, I must remember a woman of my advanced years should not pretend to be a proper student. I felt rougher than a badgers behind yesterday and trying to work was not pretty. But I survived to tell the tale.

Ok rough spends for Tuesday were £20 on lunch and drinks, £13 on round of drinks and then £7 on takeaway on way home. Total £40

Yesterday on much needed hangover breakfast £3 and then £5 on lunch. Then £4 on bottle of wine for bookgroup (of which I drank none:rotfl:)Total £12

So this week seems to be a case of how far past my estimated budget I can go. But next week is another week ....

I hope the rest of the budgeteers are doing much better than I

After two glasses of wine these days I am well past tipsy, I'm impressed by your stamina :rotfl:

Going to be a spend day for me, having woken up early and made dinner for the slow cooker, I couldn't be *rsed thinking about my lunch so will purchase it today.

    Naughty Fresian :D
