Travel Companies Still Wrongly Saying Everybody Needs A Visa For Egypt

Just been watching Sky Travel, And on their they were profiling 'Sharm El Sheikh'

I was amazed that they and other Travel companies are still wrongly saying or printing in their programs & brochures that everybody needs a Visa to travel to Egypt!

You only need a Visa if you are travelling out of your resort to the Pyramids or Cairo etc.

It's really that simple!

Why are they still now telling people the wrong information?

Because it's too complicated. 'You need a visa' is simpler than 'you need a visa unless....'

Probably because they think that people that travel to Egypt would actually like to see more of the country than their resort.

I suppose it is just a lot easier. They are not that expensive anyway. We didn't know whether we were going to go to Cairo but we got the visa anyway but then we did go so very glad we got it!
