Does anyone know Capital One's email address? And who to send an email of complaint to as i have written a couple of letters requesting my credit card statements which they have claimed not to have recieved:mad:

You can view your statements online if you register online - or, have you already done this and requested the 'paperless option' in error so that you don't actually get a paper copy in the mail each month? You might want to log on and check if you have selected that option.0
