Do any credit cards allow you to do a 0% balance transfer from your overdraft and how do I go about it?

Apply for an MBNA card (like Virgin which offers 0% for 16 months with a 4% fee). When you receive the card and you know your limit, give them a call and ask for a money transfer. They will then send cash from your CC to your current account up to 95% of your credit limit.0

Make sure you have a plan to pay it off by the end of the promotion. They have a habit of pushing up rates to over 30%.0
