outlook 2003 help needed

got a new laptop but can't get the outlook email to work.
i don't what to put into the 'server' area. my internet is from orange if thats any good to anyone.

Your best bet is to go to the Orange website, look under Help and Support and search for Outlook 2003. If you do that you'll probably end up here:

fwor i have hit a glitch. does it matter if my email account is a google one?
