I received a PCN for an illegal right turn into an industrial estate in Catford, London. Hands up I did this.
When I went to Pay the fine on-line the TFL website have the right make of car and the reg is good too, but the colour is different.
My car has only ever been one colour.
Do I have grounds to withold payment on a technicallity?
Hope someone can help, otherwise I just pay the fine.

Probably not a great chance, although I have had a parking ticket cancelled because the colour was very drastically wrong before0

Hi POGOFISH,
It is a navy blue car that I have and they say it is silver?

Its most unlikely that the wrong colour will get you off. You're more likely to find a fault on their paperwork. Scan both sides of any received and post on here for more knowledgeable people to advise you. Pictures of any signs and lines etc may also help. Hot to post is up on the stickies.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
