Morgan Stanley customer services-any contact names?

Having recommended 6 people to these guys, ironically for their customer services, not to mention their generous cashback 
, i was dismayed to find they have a little known refer a friend scheme!.
I was told that only 'select people' are given the opportunity to apply for it & only if they are opted in for MS marketing & only at certain parts of the year:(.
I did point out there was no hint of this on their webpage or anywhere else in their literature & it was not fair to loyal customers in this day & age of credit card saturation

I told them we were all prepared to switch & ditch & to be honest they could'nt give a damn :mad:, there attittudes make me so angry!!!!:mad::mad::mad:
Just noted Jason W post elsewhere, so does anyone have any name of someone way up high to sort this & just to make a point of the attitudes of customer services!!
