Hi, We are selling our house and we have been asked by our buyer to pay for an indemnity on the property as there's a potential risk to flood or subsidence. Is this right? - is this something we should pay for them?? Our buyers are being unreasonable about some other stuff and I would like some advice on what we should be doing as this is the first house we've sold.... Help....
We've been in the property over 10 years and never had a problem.....

You've also posted this on the housebuying board & shouldn't really be making duplicate posts.
I've left you a reply on the other thread. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Thanks for the advice - being new to this I wasn't sure if it was in the correct board. Do you know how I delete a thread??0
