Yes used them twice now with no problems at all.They are part of Hays Travel(which we have used numerous times and are very good).

I have two hotels booked with them, but haven't been on the holidays yet. It's the internet wing of Hays Travel that has plenty of physical branches in the North East and has been in business since 1980. The prices are often good especially with the 7% cashback via Topcashback, Quidco on the hotel accommodation.

Used them to book a hotel in Costa Del Sol at Easter, no problems at all, would recommend them. The cashback tracked and paid out very quickly too.

I've not used them but I have seen that they are title sponsor of a racing team in the British Touring Car Championship so they don't appear to be a fly by night operation.

I'd not heard of them until the BTCC and looked up the website to see who they were.
