Have only just registered on Martins site this weekend and am finding my way around, so please be patient and gentle with me and I apologize if I've posted in the wrong place.
I used to do tons of comps years ago when it was pretty much all postal (pre internet that's how long ago!!) and did ok. Have just been getting back into doing them now daughter is all grown up.
Have had a read through some of the threads on your forum but didnt want to enter anything without introducing myself, as I felt that was a bit ill-mannered.

Hi Elaine :hello: nice to meet you.
I would suggest having a read of the 'Sticky' about the comp boards HERE before starting, it helped me a lot. The main tip that I have is to always press the 'Thanks' button when you enter a comp, it not only shows your appreciation to the poster but also reminds you that you have entered in case the thread gets 'bumped' at a later date.
