I'm trying to contact pogo as I've not had my vouchers from them (18/3) and I told them it'd been that long and I was just making them aware I've not had them and could they please look into it as it's been over the 60 days they said to leave it. I got this back:

Congratulations! Your prize, £15 Shopping Voucher, has been successfully claimed and we are processing it now.

Winners should receive their prizes approximately 60 days from the date it was claimed. But, these periods can vary depending on the amount of sweepstakes and winners that we have at any given time. If you do not receive your prize within 60 days of having claimed it, please write us back and let us know. We will be happy to investigate further.

munchkim it is easy mistake to do - I emailled a customer with the wrong information earlier because I was not concentrating, then had to send an apology and a please ignore what I just said :rolleyes:

kerri - I know and I was polite with him when I replied, I'm more annoyed with the day as a whole as every time i try to do something, I'm having to do it again 5 mins later and I just feel I'm wasting so much time (which I could be using to comp instead )

poodledoodledoo - Good luck with trying to find the right people to contact, I ended up using the contact them which doesn't like FF (or maybe just not my version of it) so had to re-do the whole thing in IE so maybe start there when you need to contact them

I hope all is well,saw Mum and Dad and my friend today which was nice.I am trying to find a website to look up mobile nos as I had two missed calls I want to find out who rang me so which site is there for that.
