BMN - you do well making your own soup, used to do it years ago but got lazy now, i'm ashamed to say i just go to shops & buy the ready made ones

so do I usually and it normally ends up being cheaper to buy ready made anyway:rolleyes:

I try and do that minimum every day - most days I hit 90... :o
but with my leg still screwed up, I don't want to push it so have been taking it easy still..

if he wants to eat meat, how about suggesting he cooks first, see what he does with it?

I'm hoping the wii fit will help motivate me but it will take up precious comping time lol

not sure i'd trust him to cook my dinner.... I've got a few ideas but maybe if i mess up then he'll just think he doesn't like meat and go back to being veggie :rotfl:

Evening all, not read back in old inn yet. welcome to all new addicts, and solar energy to all who needs it.
Zoo had turned into a massive Safarhi park in the last twenty plus years, and there were massive hills, and we had trouble with the wheelchair... but we had a great day, seen lions, tigers, apes of all types, Gorillas, with babies, they my favourite,
we had a massive big picnic, (finished that off today with footie) beer , wine, it was great. Debi suffering today, in agony, give her two injections, but may have to see doc for morphine tomorrow. We all enjoyed it though, sun shone all day, all the smells, (monkeys fart a lot:rotfl:)Tapiars are cute.
We was knacked last night though, early night with bit of telly, up this morning out with boys, for seafood, and back for GP and footie, bed soon with Deb for Davinci Code,
Weather been great all weekend started potting up, mowed grass as well, no wonder I worn out:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Cooked and did washing hung it out and bought it in (Isaw the blokey comments:rotfl:)
    Catch you later:A

after years of being vegan, i find beef is very offputting to me, can only handle mince if i really have to

I was veggie for years, I do eat meat now but find pork & beef quite offputting... chicken is always a good starting point.

I still can't eat a lot of meat but like chicken
Thanks to everyone that posts :T:money:

Chris sorry about Debbie...hope she feels better soon x

I am having too much stress thinking of work! Really have a bad migraine and I wish I can have a rant not sure I can!!! because I might just get sacked and can't afford it yet!!!! well not unless I win the lottery. But really physically stressed about going to work (only for 20 hours a week but they sound like 20 years!!!!!)

No cooking for me tonight: just a ready meal in the oven and that's it!
Last night I made Spaghetti Bolognese, put loads of ingredients in (beef mince, mushrooms, olives and maybe half a kilo of spaghetti  and eating-spaghettis-18.gif Needless to say, half of it went to the bin!!!! Everytime I say less food/waste but can never get it right with Spaghetti or rice..
