Irish sounding name? I have her too if it's who I'm thinking. I assume she's an MSE'er but I can't figure who she is. I added her for PTP. She does seem nice.

Usually we end up with a mixture of the following :-

sweetcorn
peppers
onion
mushrooms
cheese
carrot
tomatoes

My spag bol. recipe:

1 large family sized jar of Dolmio sauce with mushrooms
1 large packet of mince (I use Quorn mince)
1 tin of chopped tomatoes, with half the juice drained
1 chopped red onion
2 chopped carrots
2 chopped celery stalks
2 chopped courgettes
A big teaspoon of ketchup
A big teaspoon of marmite
2 bay leaves
Mixed herbs, a smidgeon of red wine and tomato paste optional if I have them.

Mix it all up and leave it in the slow cooker for a few hours.

That's the same recipe I use for lasagne filling and for cottage pie.

postie just been - still no sackboy for me

Did get the cosmo hair mask, the USB light from grabit, bzz agent tampons and a card from the charity i'm doing the run on sunday for wishing me luck though which I thought was really nice.

Going to go into town now whilst it's not raining!
