1. Offer open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. To enter, go to www.liptoninfusions.co.uk/competition.aspx and submit your details.
3. Closing Date for receipt of entries is 11:59pm (GMT) on 31 December 2009. All valid entries received before the Closing Date will be entered into the draw.
4. Promotion limited to one entry per person. Applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be not be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will also not be accepted.
5. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged, corrupted or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. The lucky winner will win a holiday to New York for two adults aged 18 or over at the time of travel. The prize includes: 5 nights’ accommodation; return economy class flights from Heathrow airport to New York (subject to availability), including all airline duties, taxes and transfers to and from New York airport to the hotel. The winner and his or her guest must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure and must not have a criminal record. Any Visa and travel insurance required will be the responsibility of the winner and/or guest. All meals, drinks and other expenses remain the responsibility of the winner and his or her guest. The winner will be provided with £500 spending money.
7. The winner and his/her guest will be responsible for their own timely travel arrangements to and from Heathrow airport. The prize does not include transport to and from the winner’s place of residence to Heathrow airport.
8. The prize must be taken by 30 November 2010. The prize may not be taken over any period which includes Bank Holidays or Easter and cannot be taken during the period 1 July 2010 to 31 August 2010.
9. The prize will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn at random by an independent observer. The decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (in whole or in part) for an alternative of equal or greater value. No cash alternative is available.
10. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the Closing Date. The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. If any prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner selected at random by an independent observer from all remaining valid entries.
11. The winner’s details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to [EMAIL="contact@liptoninfusions.co.uk"]contact@liptoninfusions.co.uk[/EMAIL] or ‘Lipton Infusions Competition’, 81 Kings Rd, London, SW3 4NX within 10 weeks of the published Closing Date.
12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
13. The first 25,000 people who register to receive a free sample by opting-in on the prize draw form will qualify for a free sample of Lipton Lemon and Ginger Infusions. The samples will be sent by 2nd class to the address of the successful applicants indicated on the online form within 14 days of the application.
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the sample for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative is available.
15. By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

How is this normally done? I mean, should I direct to this thread so people who frequent both forums don't disqualify themselves?
