If you ever thought about ordering books from BOL, PLEASE think again!!!!
I placed an order with BOL in December and my books arrived just after Christmas badly packed and damaged (all the corners of the books were crushed).
I sent the books back and asked for a replacement of one but wasn't bothered about the other. They supposedly sent a new book out, it never turned up so I filled out a non-delivery form and they supposedly sent out another, that never turned up.
They supposedly sent out a third copy and that never turned up. I am seething at this point so send in an "official complaint" which they pass on to their couriers who will reply "within 48 hours". A week later and still no reply.
I have told them many many times how bad I thought their customer services is and how terrible they handle complaints etc. Everytime I get a "sorry" and a promise to do better and still I keep getting shafted by these idiots!!!
It is now 3 months since the first order was placed and I still have NO book. Its not the money that bothers me, I know eventually I will get the book or I will ask for the money back. I just want the book without all the messing about. It takes the p**s when I have to chase a delivery for 3 months without success and stupid CS staff who don't care and just pass the buck!!!
Rant over, hope it saves someone else the pain and frustration I have endured!!!

totally agree with you about BOL. They sent me a book i hadnt even ordered before xmas and they never apologised and expected me to pay to post it back !!
I will never use them again, they dont even have that many books in stock either !!!0 -
Are they based in the UK? If so, you could contact trading standards.0
