just passing on a tip that a travel agent at thomsons accidentley let slip to me a while ago. if you are booking a holiday in advance, they drop the prices on a weekend. i have just booked with thomas cook today, and saved £40 per person on the prices advertised on the internet all this week. i asked for a quote at my local thomas cook travel agent shop today. the price was higher than the internet, so they agreed to match the price.
