would anyone have any suggestions about websites that will build a custom made pc?

Most companies will allow you to specify the spec of you new PC if that's what you mean

First two companies that come into my head:

http://www.carrerassc.co.uk/carrera_desktops_range.asp Carrera SSC have an online configurator

and probably a smaller company like Gladiator will give you a quote by e-mail if you send them your spec

Problem with building MY own was it came to £3261 !!
