OH has had the email, I don't know if hes tried to access BP cos he's at work. I can log in, post, get points but get an error message when I try to redeem

In number 5 on the terms and conditions it says that content shouldnt be copied.. I doubt using the name bingoport here would count as content plagiarism would it? A bit extreme if it does.. Which is why I cant see it being that..

Hi guys, different people in the same family are entitled to have an account of their own as long as they sign up using their own name and email address.
But we know that there are people who have opened several accounts for themselves, which they regularly use in order to maximize their portpoints balance and this will not be tolerated.

This is the message from the forum. So technically shouldn't be a problem.

I don't see that the posting is the problem either. All of our posts have "substance", aren't repetitive and all of us play our points as well. Just because we dont play them all doesn't breach the rules surely. I'm positive it is our thread

Ok well what i suggest is if people post on here with whats going on with 'troubled' accounts.. I will do a big group email to bingoports and ask them to at least let us know whats going on. ?

Maybe if theres a few of us they might at least tell us something ? or anything would be better than ignoring us.
I emailed late last night and again today at 9am and i havent heard anything. Which would be acceptable if it was one person.. But not on since it appears theres alot of us.

Must go get the boys from school, but will make it my priority as soon as i get home xx

I have to agree Jammy, I am disappointed with them. I would call myself a loyal member of bingoport, I have told LOADS of people about the site & how fab it is, I play & post on a daily basis & enjoy doing it - so does my OH. What have we done that so wrong?

It says if they think you're doing something illegal while on there they can close your account... I assume you weren't all robbing a bank or something at the same time as being on their site?:rotfl:

me too! our whole thread practically raves about bingoport more than any other. I was just about gaining enough courage with online bingo-ing to try the pay sites with some of the offers on bingoports
