    I don't use bingoport so I dont know how it works but maybe it's some way of them not having to give out rewards or something?

    My OH has had the email but I haven't :confused: But, when I go to my profile page it states my mobile isn't verified and when I try to click the link, I get an error message :(

    Sounds complicated. Does your OH have less points than you or something? So they can validate but you cant? Or more points?

    That was how mine started Skiergirl, at first i couldnt post,i had the error message and then i had the email this morning..

    About right i have 9,000+ points too :mad:

    I've got 8500, clicked to try and redeem and thats when I got the error message.

    I think you are right Freebierocker.

    I believe that they are trying to get out of payments,well thats how it appears to me.

    You have to earn 8,000 points then you can exchange it for £5 Amazon voucher or 5,000 points earns you £5 to play on certain bingo sites.

    Not really on. Theres no way that 4 that we know of have breached terms and conditions. Then i know that furrypig mentioned trouble last night and it seems that Jammy is too

    Maybe you have to validate it before you get the 5000 or 8000 points to get it then? If thats possible.. If anyone here has an account with fewer points maybe they could try it to see if they can validate it or something? Although I dont know if that would work as I have no idea what bingoports is really.. Well some idea obviously.. But yeah.

    My OH only signed up a few days ago so hes nowhere close to even a first redeem, I don't even think hes had a win yet

    You just get an error message Freebierocker.Then the next day it seems you get the dreaded you have breached terms and conditions blaa blaa email :(
    Most of the girls on here have been members for a few months so everything has been validated,as they have already redeemed before

    Thanks for giving us solutions to try though.Its just so flustrating.
