As long as you get the redeem in by a wednesday you will get the voucher on the thursday if you redeem after wednesday you will get it the following thursday.

Thats what i thought. I redeemed Tuesday evening but not heard naything and my total is still low as it took the 8000 straight off and not been put back on

Did you win the whole 8000 points hun if not they wont pay out, but you can get your points back, just go into the redeem section and click the unredeem button. Thing with bingo port hun, if you redeem they have to be winnings not pp you earned by posting.

If they are all winnings hun and your points are gone, email redeems and tell them they will resend your voucher, I didn't get mine a while ago and they resent it.

Thank you both. I hadnt been on BP for about 5 months and had 7000 already in the account and have posted in the forum but have also won couple games worth more than 1000 so not sure? I havent received anything no emails.....
