Don't worry Sarah, I'm the most behind I've been in years and trying to get the house ready to move into before Dec 1st. Thinking it could be an expensive xmas!!

I've just got a bargain at boots!
I was asked by my OH to be run around to get his bosses leaving present from all the staff (everyone had chipped in). They had agree'd on (among other things) a big beer tankard, which I found in the boots gifts for £8. I'd also spotted some slippers (£9) I wanted to put up for DS2's xmas eve hamper in there. I decided if I bought them at the same time as the tankard I could also pick up a third thing free out of the christmas gifts stock. Only thing I could find was a set of PJs, also for ds2's xmas hamper for £13 - taking off the £8 I had for the hamper that would mean only £5 for me to pay on those.
As always I went to the boots card machine, no vouchers I could use
Looked in my voucher wallet for anything I might be able to use, could only possibly use parenting voucher - £5 off a £15 spend on baby products.
I asked the cashier if the clothes would count as baby, she wasnt sure as they were clothes, and in the christmas stuff, but she would try!!!. It went through!!! yay!!!
So out of my money I only had to pay for the slippers, I'm well chuffed!
So anyone whose in the boots parenting club, kids clothes count as baby stock, and christmas gift ones work with the vouchers after the 3 for 2 kicks in!You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
