Monring everyone
Not been on much the last few weeks as have been so busy. Its OH's birthday on the 6th and we are having a party on the 8th so been busy trying to make the place look a bit better and then it wont need decorating again for a while. Just really touching up the paint etc but it all takes time.
Still have a list of things to do including sorting out the freezers. At least they are both now clean and defrosted!! Just need to sort out the bbq stuff into one freezer and dinners into the other then we can start putting bits away for the party.
Will be busy this week too as going to Rochester tomorrow as my SIL has booked me and her in to do a quilting course in September so we are going over to see the woman who runs it to see what kind of thing we will be doint etc.
Tuesday I am out with ex MIL as she is goignt o buy some gateaux for us for the party. Will probs end up an all day job as she likes to have lunch out (she pays).
Then I am baby sitting all day Thursday and Friday and my youngest daughter goes away camping on Saturday for the week and I need to have her case packed by Thursday eve.
Next Monday I am baby sitting again all day and then next Thurs is OH's birthday and we are out all day and Friday I will be cooking so not got many days left to get things done.
Will catch up on the rest of the thread I've missed later. Hope everyone is well xx0 -

In the latest mse email Martin mentioned if you can get an orange sim for free with £5 credit on it, which can be used for orange wednesdays, well I've just had an email from ipoints and if you get the sim via them you get 100 points as well!!! Heres the link.
I have several ways to help me save for christmas/boxing day sales, the ones I find the easiest are over paying a little on my bills each month. I round up my rent, and my council tax each month - this adds up to december being a rent & council free month so I can either pick up any last minute things, or what I prefer to do is use it to buy pressies in the sales.
Along the same lines I am now also trying to get an extra main meal out of the food budget every week, so 8 evening meals instead of 7. I'm hoping this will mean that by December I'll either have several meals in or/and a couple of weeks food budget spare. You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
Thanks for the link, got the email just after I'd gone through and done it LOL. Did you get the Email for the free photo collage with snapfish? there was a code for it think you have to pay postage though? They make good pressies.
Been really busy yesterday and today, just when I thought I had the all clear to go out today, DS2 came down with really bad flu symptoms yesterday so called the new pandemic line to be told he had swine flu too and needed the Tamiflu. Had a real job of getting the tablets for him yesterday as the ref code they gave me to go collect them was for the wrong dosage (they had him as being 15 and he's 5)so had to go see the out of hours doctor to get the right dose  all in all took 4 hours from start to finish, what a joke they are, when I got diagnosed last week by the doctor it took an hour from the call to getting the tablets, so much for making everyones life easier:rolleyes:, and now have the task of trying to get my 5 year old to have a tablet.
Rant over, sorry to go on, it was just so frustrating.
Well I have managed to collect a few points today on different sites and done some daily click, hopfully will get a few more over the next week as I'm pretty close on a few for pay out.:D:D:D:D

Hi
I'm with TNS & get amazon vouchers, I bought my son a toaster with them for his birthay, he's 22 & he did ask for a toaster, I wasn't just being mean, lol.
I don't do online surveys etc because my internet time can sometimes be very limited, sometimes down to an hour a week.
I work full time, but don't have internet at work, but I do get 8 weeks holiday a year & pet sit during that time & this money goes towards gifts for the family.
Never let success go to your head, never let failure go to your heart.0 -
I've managed to do loads of surveys lately...been saving points and now I need to decide which the best vouchers would be to redeem. Amazon or argos I think for me...
Need to give myself a mini ebay challenge I think. I'm excited for the 1st to do my update to see how well I've done since last month...my one poll is at 37.15p, I'm almost there, only took me about a year and a half:rotfl:
where is Jammy? hope she pops up by the weekend xx0 -
