IPSOS do paper vouchers too that they send u in the post. Quite quick to get to 10pounds too, unlike sites like toluna that take ages.

not with IPSOS will have to look at them, have you a link or can you refer me scattymam1??

Great way to make some lovely xmas money - complain!!

We had a wonderful incident in our local Mr Ts over using money off vouchers (despite checking the store policy), and this young lad started argueing with me, called me a lair.... and accussed me of being no better than a shop-lifter...... Asked for his manager, so he disappeared to 2 other members of staff and they stood there discussing it......... I walked upto them and said when u have finished discussing my shopping, I am stuck at the checkout ....... and guess what I was right...... yet this lad still called me a lair....... me being me...... walked upto this lad and said "by the way as you stopped me using the vouchers would u like to take them to customer service desk and have them swopped for cash as the mistake was urs"....... he wouldnt bring the money back he sent someone else.

Complained to the manager, who apologised and put £10.00 worth of points on my clubcard.

Can I come shopping with you please Mum2one, I just havent got it in me to do that!! Though I am happy to send emails off, due to honest complaints I've received a free KFC meal before and £10 voucher for icelands. I also do compliments via email if I think they are deserved as well, and ask them to pass the compliment on to any staff/shop thats mentioned.

Not done too bad this week, had a refund for 3meals from Mongomery Towers, the one pasta dish - looked like been reheated twice, a well done steak, that was pinker than pink with its own red sauce when u cut, the 3rd meal was ok, but they refunded the 3.

Same here, if we get good service, I always make a point of saying thank u, as so many people, just don't, I was always brought up manners cost nothing, dd was the best, 2yrs ago when she was getting the hang of the please / thank you, we were in one shop when they chucked the change at her, she piped up, excuse me manners cost nothing, the woman behind said to her well done!!

I want to come shopping with you too mum2one, I'm the same always complain if there is a need and praise for good service. Best I've done so far was the new TV last christmas, we paid £999. for a package and waited 9 weeks for it too come, they dropped the price in that time to £799. so I called them up said I wasn't happy as I was still waiting and had dropped the price, they refunded us the difference and the tax rebate that kicked in, in december last year so well chuffed. Annoying thing though although they dropped the price in the catalogue leaflet and online they still were out of stock :mad: never mind we got it in the end.

ages ago I had a survey through VO about local radio and the music played. at the end of the survey they asked if I would like to do a further survey which would take 4 hours and i would get paid £40. of course!! I thought it mustn't be going ahead as I had heard nothing. anyway today the CD arrived. I have till 16 August to complete it. they play 2 mins of music and you have to say whether you dislike/like it on a scale of 1 to 100. I have done 59% already which isn't bad. there are a few blasts from the past and a few memories!!

Wow that sounds great, I never seem to get any like that biggest I've had of them is the £15 Lotto Diary
