    if you have any joint debts then they will then be hers to pay if you go BR,so maybe she might have to become debt free also,its not all bad just read posts on here and see what people say after going BR most if not all are happy they did it and only wish they did it sooner,good luck:beer:

    So you need to adjust the expenses to include all household bill then just your personal expenses like haircuts, petrol, etc. Then her income contribution will need to be adjusted accordingly as she will have her own expenses and debt to service. Like you said, she isn't involved in your BR. I would adjust partner's contribution to £550 which means you shouldn't incur IPA. Your household expenditure is £1,077 so if your partner is contributing £550 that is just over 50% so shouldn't be argued. The rest of the expenditure would be your personal stuff and she would be expected to have that kind of expenditure too.

    IPA= Income Payment Agreement

    If you have any surplus over £99 then you pay a % to the OR for 36 months.

    Some links from the Bankruptcy Help sticky
    I strongly suggest you read that sticky as there is lots of good information in there.

    Also I notice you have no contents insurance. Make sure you get some with accidental damage. Click on the red insurance tab at the top and read Martins article on getting the best deal and then go through Quidco and Topcashback to see if you can get any cash back.

    You could also include £25 or a modest UK holiday.

    No, you don't need to bring proof of any straightforward expenditure like household bills unless maybe if they are extraordinarily high - which yours weren't.

    If you cannot remember the debt don't worry it will still be included if it comes to light at a later date as long as everything was owed at time of BR.

    You need to have the account numbers and rough amount owed. The OR will be able to get all this information anyway even if you can't provide everything. Do you know the account numbers and who the debt is to?

    Do you know the account numbers of your bank accounts? Thats all you need.

    How long have you been at your current address and is it the same area?

    Yes, you can fill out the forms online - see the bankruptcy guide on the front page of this forum - it really has a lot of useful information - you should have a read through it to help your understanding of the whole process. There is also a link to the forms.
