I think all p60's vary in format but mine starts with 3 numbers slash then a mix of numbers and letters - can you see anything like that? it is also known as the tax office reference. If you are still unsure, if you give your local tax office a call they should tell you.Discharged May 20100

There are 2 schools of thought regarding the 'reasons for bankruptcy'. One is short and sweet (must admit that was my option!) and more detailed. Two is to give a clear and concise explanation it could mean the OR doesn't need to interview you because you've stated it all on the form.

on the insolvency form they are asking about my unsercured debts, but i think nearly all of them have been passed on to debt collection firms. do i give the reference numbers off the letters from the debt collection agencies, and also do you think i should use the letter i wrote above?0

can anyone help with the above post about what they want is they want the orginal account numbers, or the ones from the debt collection agencies0
-
they will want the numbers from the orginal lenders.0

If you are putting down the original lender then put down the original account number.
