Dynamite Models were poor...more than poor in fact.

Yes, I shouldn't have paid but I did....

I had to pay a total of £90 for a photoshoot to include my Z-Card and being on the books for a year.

The photos were of a poor quality and were not ones I was happy with.

I was regularly in touch with them but got NO work and not even an audition/casting.

Their communications were not so professional either and the "booker" I was with left a few months after she joined.
  • These services aren't scams. You paid a small amount to get a mediochre photo portfolio and a page on a low-traffic website, which is what you got.

If a person has modelling potential, the agency pays them, they don't pay the agency. This stands to reason, surely...

Don't pay up front for a portfolio, If a Model Agency takes you on, they will take their own set of photographs, and far better than these fly by night portfolio photographers, who just take your money.

You need to apply diect to a Modelling Agency, and be prepared to be prodded and poked like a prize heifer at an Agricultural Show. Modelling needs a thick skin and absolute self-confidence and determination.

You also have to be tall and very slim to even get in the door.
