She wasn't overdrawn at the time she got the charges. She had a balance of £0.00. Hence not overdrawn, hence charges shouldn't have been put on the account.

Most banks will apply charges, 14 - 28 days after the event occurred, so they will (presumably) because she had previously been overdrawn.0 -

Account was od at start o month and then balance was paid in full on 08/04 - statement says charging for 11/04 onwards but at this point op not o/d. All of a sudden the charges stop around the 20/04 so looks to me like they believe she had a negative balance up until 20/04.0
