£2 i think, althou i looked on tesco online grocery bit and it said £2.20.
i subscribe to glamour and they usually have a few sachets of samples, or perfume pages (with the smell on the page).

It'll be in the mag, and if you're a subscriber, it will be sent with your mag.

Mail only usually has a voucher at the end of the month which is almost the following issue coming out. They often do these for a lot of mags esp high costing specialist like gardening or hotels. I presume it is due to overstocking and trying to get rid of them.
