I see on the latest email that BT are giving free connection, i've just moved and have paid £160 , £122 for connection and £37.50 for 3months rental, at no time was i offered this promotion, has this happened to anyone else !

Can I ask what did bt have todo to your connection? Did they have to wire anything up?0

No they didnt have to wire anything up, just a reconnection to a line that had been disconnected in January.0
