Intel Core 2 Duo Vs Intel Centrino 2

Hello!

Pls help me. I'm planning to buy a new laptop but I get confused as to which one is better Intel Core 2 Duo or Intel Centrino? What's the difference between them?

I'm definitely not a techy guy so your help is greatly appreciated.

Centrino Duo was the old version with the Core Duo CPU, Intel Pro WLAN and 945 chipset - the latest version is Centrino 2, which uses Core 2 Duo CPU, plus upgraded WLAN & chipset specs (see below for details).
