Probably phrased the Title badly I know.
I purchased a TV from Empire Stores who have now gone to the wall (thank you Gordan). It came with a five year warranty. I paid by Credit Card.
The TV is now not working - is the Credit Card Company now responsible for the cover provided by the warranty on the TV?
Any ideas. ANy advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes especially if you purchased warranty with your card. If it came free then yes, should be covered under s.75 CCA. Ask your CC Provider.2010 - year of the troll
