reclaimed previously, more charges...?

Hi, after looking through the forums i can't find no answers to my Q's was wondering if someone could help;

I previously started a claim with Natwest some time early last year for over £600 and after a long wait i FINALLY received a letter from them saying that the 'court case' had started and they were putting on hold current claims, thus meaning i have been waiting ever since...

My questions is, over the time that i started my fist claim i have incurred more charges, off the the top of my head I'm guessing over £300 worth more. I figured beings i haven't heard from Natwest regarding the claim and/or how it is going and me incurring more charges, would it be wise to get a new copy of my statements and file for my new amount? Or just wait until the court case is settled and go from there?

Thanks in advance.

    There is nothing that stops you for reclaiming further charges.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
