Supposed email from MSN Directors - anyone seen this?

I've just had this email forwarded to me by a friend and because it was a friend I opened it. There were no attachements, but has anyone else had this, know anything about it? Not very well written for directors of a company!

Scuse my bluntness but it's amongst the lamest attempts to start a chain email I've ever seen.

that's a very bad attempt at chain email

it's not just the content, but the TYPING IN CAPS LOCK TO TRY AND MAKE IT LOOK OFFICIAL that just screams out :spam: to me!

The girl next door to me got this as well, i thought perhaps it was a virus because it wanted you to forward it to everyone in your address book.I told her to delete it.

And the grammar and spelling is just appalling! Thanks all. I knew it was spam just needed other sensible people to confirm it for me!

Surely 'john' starts with a capital letter too..
'This is no joke' screams out 'this is a joke'

I've received this email about 5 times, there is actually a similar one that links to a BBC page that backs the email up.. It nearly convinced me until I saw the date..
May 2001.
