convert mp3 file to play on cd

what software do i need to convert mp3 files so that i can burn them on to a cd and play them on a normal cd player rather than pc

Burrrn can do this, though you may already have access to something a little more versatile: Windows Media Player.

Don't actually know the specific answer to your question, but in the mean time until someone comes along who does, check to make sure your hifi cannot play mp3, most modern systems are able to, in which case you just burn them as mp3 and job done.

it doesn't appear to be able to - it just rejects the disc out - haven't tried it out on any other tho
