Cahoot application - help!

Hi there,
I applied for my Cahoot savings account yesterday and although it said at the end of it that I had been conditionally accepted as a customer and they were going to check out what I'd put with a credit ref agency and then let me know.. how long does this part take?!
I thought I'd have an email soon afterwards but there has been no contact at all - is this necessarily bad news?

They took 48hours to get back to me when i applied last week and then sent me an application form which i had to fill in and return with proof of address and said they would send me an email within 48hours of receiving it back, so hoping to hear today that it is sorted0
