JSA and Tax Rebate

Hi Everyone

Wondered if you could help as i am useless with tax issues.

Ok so I was a student last year, and when I finished my degree I signed on JSA from October 2008 - April 2009. I now have recieved a letter from the Job Centre advising me that I am entitled to £181.00 tax rebate. They also sent me my P45 which has the 181.00 tax paid on it.

Now my question is what do I need to do to get my tax back. Does the JC just do it for me, or do I need to fill in any other forms?? and if so where do I get these forms from??

Thanks

Kimmy

When I had a tax rebate from the job centre it was in my bank account a couple of days after the letter. They authorise the payment then they send the letter out
