Quick question on reclaiming PPi

Hi
I am sending out my letters today to reclaim mis-sold ppi on my credit cards and loans.
I am 99% certain I was mis-sold it due to an existing medical condition and my husband and I were also both self employed at the times so again his ppi on cards would be mis-sold.
Do I have to send for a copy of the T & C's first or can I go straight to the complaint to reclaim?
Thanks

You don't need a copy of the agreement to claim, only get it if you want to see it.0

Hi , no just get your letters off, and you will be on the you did ,we didnt roundabout for a bit , but just keep at them they know you are right its a case of who can out last who, so make sure its you!!
If they keep refusing yoour claim , next thing to do would be to send £10 with a SAR request for all info they have on you.
So you would get tand c's anyway.
