    the quicker you pull out the quicker you can get on with finding another house.
    My advice is do what your gut instinct is telling you.

    Would pull out here too. No way I would try and do a business deal with a guy who becomes agressive when you are trying to find out things. Knock it on the head and find a nicer seller.
