Oh well, see how you feel after some time off, if no better request some more time off. Is there another doctor in the practice that you could see? I did this at my practice at one stage as I wasnt happy with the doctor as I was seeing and am now happy to say I am really pleased with the one I see nowWeight Loss - 102lb0

Hello Shaun, medication helps but sometimes isn't the complete answer for some people. You might find this helpful http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/elearning/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1ShaunJUK wrote:Well I managed to get a week off, He didnt seem to care much though just recommended I increase the dose on my Anti-Depressants, I almost had to convince him medication wasn't the answer and I need time to sort things out myself

Well done for taking the first step Shaun.
Take it easy for a few days now. A rest will probably do you the world of good in the first instance. You may well see things more clearly in a few days, so have a rest and keep in touch with us when you want to.0 -
hiya all, I am feeling loads better now, doctor gave me another week off yesterday, I am about to prepare a cv and look for a new job anyone any hints on writing a really good cv?
My only worry now is sick pay, apparently I only get 55% of my salary or summat, whatever that means.

Glad to hear you are feeling better Shaun.
What sort of job industry/sector do you work in, and I will look for some CV help for you?
Take care
