Can Two people access the same email account on Outlook

Hi,

Sorry I couldn't think of a better title!

I was wondering. For my business I have Microsoft outlook which gets messages off the server.

I outsource some work and want them to use outlook and an email I give them for business use.

If I tell them to set their outlook (and mine) to "keep messages on Server." Does that mean we can both use the same outlook account and see each others replies and emails?

Basically I want to check up on them :rolleyes:

You will both recieve the incoming emails but will only be able to see replys and sent emails on the machine that they were sent from. So you will only see the replys you send and not those that the member of staff sends.
