Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
That's what I was eluding to in my earlier post. I think the OP may have been bullied a little into handing car over, is not giving us the full story or is not up to date on their consumer rights.
Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Forces me to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regret. If I overcome anger, I will be delightful and loved by everyone.

Already answered this on the Motoring Board. To be honest with you this all sounds a bit far fetched.

If you had the means of paying them for the payments you missed due to you being in hospital then they would have accepted the payments. There is nothing worse for them than having to go through the hassle of repossessing a car, especially when the person has the means to pay them.

You also state that you rang them and arranged to pay them on the Wednesday. If you had the funds why did you not just make the payments there and then?

Also why had you missed the 2 payments anyway? You say you was in hospital? Does this mean that you didnt have the funds due to your spell in hospital?

They dont just take cars for no good reason im afraid.
