Just deleted it and dont respond, I do that with all my spam if it gets through the spam filter

Sorry forgot to include it was a instant message. I didn't think people could send you messages unless you have accepted them.

It's spam. There should be an option in whatever IM software you're using to only accept messages from people on your contacts list.

I would suggest enabling it.
