legal hieght for lleylandii

is there a maximum hieght for lleylandis , the house at the back of mine has tree right up against the fence , so not only are they overhanging my property - they also overhang 3 other neighbours as well so it's not just a case of just hacking back my bit , is there a maximum height before they are considered a nuisance and have to be chopped

Just cut it. LOL. I do. Neighbours stupid plants come over often and pushing against on of the fences. Their stupid neighbour's dog also rams the fence as well.

Cut the plant.
