2.5mm Headphones

Hi,
I am trying to find a set of head phones to use with my PDA to use it as an mp3 player. They need to have a 2.5mm plug instead of the normal 3.5mm.
Any idea where to get these?
i'd rather not use a 3.5mm-2.5mm jack as i think that will put a lot of strain on the socket if any sideways pressure is put on the plug and possibly end up damaging my PDA.
ZHR.

This is a well known problem. The solution to this is to separate the plug and the socket by a piece of lead, such as this 2.5mm to 3.5mm Stereo Adapter from Mobile Fun. I’ve used a similar lead in the past, and it put no noticeable extra strain on the 2.5mm socket. Mobile Fun is a perfectly good shop to buy from, but I feel certain you could get something cheaper elsewhere. There are examples on eBay, but these seem to be mainly from non-UK sellers. An adaptor does have the advantage that you can use the headphones you want, with the design you want and the quality you want.ZootHornRollo wrote:i'd rather not use a 3.5mm-2.5mm jack as i think that will put a lot of strain on the socket if any sideways pressure is put on the plug and possibly end up damaging my PDA.古池や蛙飛込む水の音0 -
Yeah, if you get the adapter with a short bit of lead, you shouldn't have any risk of damage to your PDA0

That adapter on mobilefun.co.uk uk seems ideal. Now i know what to look for i have found one on amazon for £3.23.
